Which weight selection is right for me?
We recommend selecting a blanket weight that is closest to 10% of your body weight. If you are in-between weights, we recommend selecting the higher of the two weights.

How do I clean my weighted blanket?
Cleaning the weighted blanket is easy:

Machine Wash:
Place the blanket in the washing machine and wash with cold water and a mild, liquid detergent (1 or 2 teaspoons) on the gentle cycle. Run the rinse cycle twice.

Machine Dry:
Tumble dry low to medium heat. We recommend adding 2-3 dryer balls (or clean tennis balls) to help maintain even weight distribution.

Note: Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
