Amazing!! I must compliment OkiOki for the ease of ordering online and dealing with problems. Their customer service is the best and I must compliment Joe for the handling of our problem. The problem we had was an error on our behalf when ordering this mattress. I placed an order for an OkiFlex Full. The mattress arrived; my grandson opened the box and placed this on his base only to realize he had given me the incorrect size. He actually was in need of a queen. I placed a call to OkiOki and the problem was resolved within minutes without hesitation and the full size mattress was picked up and credited back to me and a new OkiFlex Queen size mattress was delivered. Best customer service ever! My grandson has said sleeping on his new OkiOki Queen mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. You close your eyes and it feels like you are floating. The moment you stretch out, all the pressure points on any aching joints or injuries just disappear. The quality of this mattress and the entire buying experience couldn't have been better. The OkiOki mattress has literally changed my life as I now get a great nights rest. I have run out of superlatives so I will wrap it up by saying "Thanks OkiOki!"

I have had this mattress now for a week and for the first time in months I wake up and I do not have any back pain. I recommend this mattress highly. I feel like a new person. Best night sleep in years.

This is the first mattress I’ve bought in about five years. My previous one was a standard spring with a “pillow” top. It was fine for the first year I had it and then it started breaking down and I woke up more often tired and in pain that I would have liked. I’ve had my queen sized mattress from Okioki for about a week now and I’ve already noticed that I wake up with little to no pain and I don’t really have pain throughout the day. I was having to use pain medicine icy hot and braces for my knees to minimize the pain. Had I known sooner it was my bet I would have switched. It is also wonderful because it costs a third of other mattress companies who do direct shipping.

I was skeptical purchasing an OkiOki mattress because I haven’t heard of the brand before. But after unwrapping the mattress, all my nerves were calmed. This mattress, and OkiOki, is the real deal and they make amazing products. I couldn’t be more excited to go to sleep. Now lazy Sunday’s are spent laying in my OkiOki bed all day. I previously slept on a Tempurpedic due to some lower back pain. I was shocked when I was still waking up with back pain. I mean Tempurpedic’s are supposed to be top of the line. After one week of sleeping on the OkiEasy mattress, I can happily say that I’m not waking up with back pain anymore. Couldn’t be happier with the quality and comfort of this bed.

I was not sure what to expect but I can honestly say the first morning after sleeping on the OkiOki mattress I woke up without hip pain, which I had been experiencing for months. I first thought it was from age but I realized our bed was causing me the pain. I actually slept through the entire night and after the first week, I am sleeping much better. I have not had any hip pain at all. Customer service was also very pleasant, responsive, and the mattress came very quickly and nicely packaged. It was easy to set up. I was pleasantly surprised and for the price do not regret this purchase one bit. And yes, I am a real person not paid or asked to give any particular review!

I was skeptical at first because I was set on purple mattress and bear but came across oki oki ad with a dog and being a dog lover I was like let me check it out and the price was the best so I went for it and do not regret it one bit . I fell like I paid$1,000 or more! Great quality
